Key Account Manager - Positec Nordics
Positec Nordic is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen partnerships with key customers across the Nordic region with focus on Denmark. In this commercially focused role you will manage strategic retail accounts, develop new business and play a central part in expanding WORX – one of the most dynamic brands in power tools and garden technology.

What you will do
You will manage a portfolio of key B2B accounts across the Nordic region, with responsibility for growth, profitability and long-term development. Collaborating closely with the Sales Director Nordics and cross-functional teams, you will shape commercial direction and secure strong market presence for WORX.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and grow sales with key Danish customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and execute account strategies and annual activity plans
- Lead commercial negotiations and agreements
- Monitor account performance and profitability
- Deliver accurate forecasts and reporting
- Analyse market trends and competition
- Represent WORX at customer meetings, events and trade fairs
- Build strong, long-term partnerships and commercial collaboration
Who you are
You are a business-oriented Key Account Manager who understands commercial drivers and enjoys building strategic relationships. You combine analytical ability with strong execution and clear ownership of results.
We believe you bring:
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and business development
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience working with retail, distribution or branded products
- Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
- Experience from Danish or Nordic sales environments (advantage)
- Strong communication skills in English and Danish
- Experience working with KPIs, profitability and forecasting
- A proactive mindset – you make things happen
Location
The position is based in Denmark, preferably in the Copenhagen region.
You will report to the Sales Director Nordics.
