What You Will Do
In this role, you will lead and develop our Nordic sales organization with seven direct reports across the region. You will work strategically to drive regional growth, while remaining close to the market, customers and products for the Kress brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, inspire and develop the Nordic sales team to achieve growth and profitability targets
- Expand and strengthen the dealer network across the Nordics
- Drive business development with national accounts
- Take part in the European sales strategy and translate it into regional execution
- Monitor market trends and performance to maximize revenue, margin and competitiveness
- Drive commercial excellence through structured KPIs and follow-up
- Contribute to the European leadership team and joint go-to-market strategies
- Maintain strong field presence – meeting customers, partners and industry stakeholders
Who You Are
For you to be successful in this position we see that you are an experienced commercial leader with a proven track record in building sales growth through people and partnerships. You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, an entrepreneurial mindset and a pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working. You combine strategic perspective with operational drive and are motivated by achieving tangible results.
We believe you bring:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and leadership roles within B2B
- Experience from dealer/distribution-driven business models (tools, machinery, garden equipment or related industries)
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated success in developing sales teams and driving execution
- Professional experience from international business environments
- Excellent communication skills in English and one Nordic language (Swedish or Danish preferred)
- A genuine interest in technology and products
- Hands-on leadership style with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel across the Nordic region

Location
The position can be based in Sweden or Denmark, ideally in or near the Jönköping region with a willingness to regularly travel across the Nordic countries.
This role reports to the Managing Director, Positec Nordics.
